Load with Spread-a-Bale
Spread-A-Bale is truly self-loading allowing you to load big bales safely direct from the stack from the comfort of your cab.

You simply load onto the machine by lifting the spreading head and reverse the direction of the bed allowing the bale to be drawn onto the machine. Round bales have to be orientated the correct way for unrolling.

De-Twine Spread-A-Bale
The spreading head is kept in the raised position to allow you to cut and remove the twine safely.

Spread-a-Bale spreading with stock in situ
Simply raise the machine into the desired position and by varying the engine revs you will spread a bale up to 8 metres quickly and safely, reducing waste and increasing efficiency. There is minimal dust and minimal stress to your livestock and no need to drive onto bedded areas.

The rotors are designed to reach spreading speed before being put in contact with the bale and by varying the engine revs it is possible to precisely control the rate and extent of spread. Straw can be spread up to 8 metres and the Spread-A-Bale will bed down a
9m x 9m yard in around 15 seconds.
